Privacy Policy

Overview

Wayalbum is an AI trip planner and travel journal builder. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it to provide the service.

Account data

When you create an account, we use Supabase Auth for authentication. This typically includes your email address and session credentials managed by the auth provider so you can sign in and keep your trips across devices.

Saved trips

Trip drafts, routes, stay plans, daily itineraries, travel notes, journal settings, and related trip content you create are stored with your account so you can access them from the dashboard.

Uploaded photos

Photos you add to a trip or journal are stored so they can appear in Travel Mode and your journal PDF. Only upload photos you have the right to use.

AI-generated content

When you use AI-assisted planning, your inputs may be sent to AI providers to generate route, stay, or day suggestions. Generated content is stored as part of your trip data. You should verify important travel details independently.

Storage and infrastructure

Account authentication, trip data, and uploaded files are handled with Supabase Auth and Supabase storage/database services. We rely on these providers to help keep your data available and secure, but no online system is completely secure.

Affiliate links

Wayalbum may show accommodation search links to third-party booking websites such as Booking.com. Those links may be affiliate links. If you click them and complete a booking, Wayalbum may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Third-party sites have their own privacy practices.

Payments

If paid features or billing are enabled later, payment processing will be handled by a payment provider such as Lemon Squeezy. In that case, billing-related information needed to manage your purchase or subscription may be stored and processed according to that provider's terms and this policy.

Your choices and data deletion

You can sign out at any time. To request account or data deletion, email support@wayalbum.com from the email address connected to your Wayalbum account.

Changes

We may update this policy as Wayalbum evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
