Use of the app

Wayalbum is an AI trip planner and travel journal builder for personal trip planning and journal creation. You agree to use the service lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access.

Not a travel agency

Wayalbum is not a travel agency and does not sell, reserve, or confirm flights, hotels, trains, tours, insurance, or other travel products. When third-party booking links are shown, you complete any reservation on those third-party sites.

You are responsible for verifying routes, bookings, prices, availability, visas, safety information, opening hours, transport schedules, and all third-party terms before you travel or make a purchase.

AI-generated planning

AI suggestions may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Treat them as drafts to edit. Wayalbum does not guarantee that any suggested destination, route, stay, activity, or timing is suitable for your trip.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity under your account.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us the rights needed to store, display, and process that content solely to operate the service — for example, rendering your journal or exporting a PDF.

Journal PDF export

Wayalbum lets you export a square journal PDF designed for photo-book style layouts. PDF export is provided as-is. Wayalbum does not currently sell or ship printed photo books. You are responsible for reviewing exported files and for any use with third-party printers.

Affiliate links

Accommodation search links may be affiliate links. Wayalbum may earn a commission if you book through them, at no extra cost to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wayalbum is provided without warranties. We are not liable for travel outcomes, booking decisions, third-party services, lost data, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.

Changes to the service

Features, pricing, and availability may change as the product develops. We may suspend or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice where practicable.
